1. Who is responsible for your data

This website is run by Savio Francis, trading as Private Jet Routes, based in Rajasthan, India. We are responsible for your personal data as the "Data Fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and as the "controller" under data protection laws such as the UK and EU GDPR where they apply.

2. What we collect

  • Quote requests: departure and destination, dates, number of passengers, preferred aircraft, your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), and anything you write in the notes field.
  • Empty-leg alerts: your first name and email address.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. Your browser also saves your light or dark display preference on your own device. We do not receive that preference.

Please do not send passport numbers or other identity documents through the website form. If a booking goes ahead, the operator will collect those securely.

3. Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and get quotes for your trip from licensed operators or brokers (you ask us to do this when you send the enquiry).
  • To send you empty-leg alerts, if you sign up for them (with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
  • To keep records of enquiries, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet our legal obligations.

By sending a quote request, you consent to us processing your data and sharing it as described in this policy so we can get you quotes.

4. Who we share it with

  • Aircraft operators and charter brokers who quote for your trip. We share only what they need to check availability and contact you with a quote. Once you deal with them directly, their own privacy policy applies.
  • Service providers who run our systems: Hostinger (website hosting and email), Google (Gmail, Google Sheets and Apps Script, where enquiries are received and stored; Google Fonts; Search Console) and Meta's WhatsApp (if you message us there).
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.

5. International transfers

Our service providers may store data on servers outside India, and for international flights we may share your enquiry with operators or brokers in other countries. We do this only to provide the service you asked for, and only with providers and partners we expect to protect your data.

6. How long we keep it

  • Quote requests and related messages: up to 24 months after your last contact with us, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
  • Empty-leg alert signups: until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct or complete it;
  • delete it, where we do not need to keep it by law;
  • stop sending you empty-leg alerts, or withdraw any consent you have given.

Email charter@privatejetroutes.com with your request. We will reply within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Grievances

For any complaint about how we handle your personal data, contact our grievance contact, Savio Francis, at charter@privatejetroutes.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is available to you under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

9. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores only your light or dark display preference in your own browser. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

10. Security

We use secure (HTTPS) connections and reputable service providers, and we limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it. No online system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents through the website.

11. Children

This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the one that applies.
