1. Who we are

This website, privatejetroutes.com, is run by Savio Francis, trading as Private Jet Routes, based in Rajasthan, India ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at charter@privatejetroutes.com.

By using this website or sending us an enquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. What this website does

Private Jet Routes publishes information about private jet charter, including route guides, aircraft categories and indicative prices, and passes your charter enquiries to licensed aircraft operators and charter brokers so they can quote for your trip.

We are not an air operator. We do not hold an Air Operator Certificate or a DGCA Non-Scheduled Operator Permit, we do not own, lease or operate aircraft, and we do not act as the contracting or actual carrier for any flight.

3. Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry through this website, by email or on WhatsApp is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. An enquiry is not a booking.

When we receive your enquiry, we may share your trip details and contact information with one or more licensed operators or brokers so they can check availability and prepare a quote. The details of this are in our Privacy Policy.

A booking exists only when you accept a written quote and sign or accept the charter contract issued by the operator or broker. That contract, and the operator's own terms and conditions, govern your flight, including payment, cancellation, baggage, passenger conduct and liability.

You must be at least 18 years old to send an enquiry or make a booking.

4. Prices shown on this website

All prices, hourly rates, flight times and distances on this website are indicative estimates for general guidance only. They are based on typical published market rates and approximate flight times, and they are not offers, quotes or guarantees.

Actual prices depend on aircraft availability, positioning, dates, airport and handling fees, crew costs, taxes (including GST where applicable) and other factors. Your final price is the one stated in your written quote from the operator or broker.

5. How we are paid

Using this website is free. We may receive a referral fee or commission from the operator or charter broker when a flight is booked following an enquiry we passed to them. Before you book, we will tell you which operator or broker is quoting for your trip.

6. Payments

We do not collect payment for flights. You pay only the operator or broker named in your charter contract, using the payment details in that contract.

We will never ask you to pay a charter fee into a personal bank account, by UPI to an individual, or by gift card. If anyone claiming to be Private Jet Routes asks you to do this, do not pay. Please contact us at charter@privatejetroutes.com.

7. Operators, safety and regulation

Each operator is responsible for its aircraft, crew, safety, maintenance, insurance, permits and compliance with aviation law. We aim to work only with operators and brokers who hold the licences required for the flight. You may ask the operator for its operating certificate and insurance details before you book.

Flight times are estimates. Operators may change aircraft, routes, timings or stops for safety, weather, air traffic control, regulatory or technical reasons.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving accurate information in your enquiry, and for making sure every passenger has valid passports, visas, health documents and any other papers required for the trip. You must also follow the operator's rules on baggage, prohibited items and conduct on board.

9. Limitation of liability

Our role is limited to providing information and passing on enquiries. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, insolvency or refund decisions of any operator or broker;
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed connections, accommodation costs or lost business;
• our total liability to you for any claim connected with this website or our service is limited to the amount of any referral fee we received for the booking concerned.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Website content and images

The text, design, logo and images on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent.

Photographs and illustrations on this website are for illustration only. The aircraft, cabins and services you are offered may differ.

You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false enquiries, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or scraping content by automated means.

11. Links to other websites

This website may link to other websites and services, such as WhatsApp, operator or broker websites, and social networks. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the one that applies.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute connected with this website or our service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
